Ourveterinary services are designed to provide the best care for pets and animals,including but not limited to dental treatment, diagnostics, surgery, androutine check-ups. The services are offered on an appointment basis, and allmedical information shared by the customer during these services is keptconfidential in accordance with Swiss federal data protection laws.

OurService may contain links to third-party websites or services that are notowned or controlled by the Company. The Company has no control over, andassumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices ofany third-party websites or services.

5. Appointments, Cancellations, and Payments

Bybooking an appointment through our Service, you agree to the following terms:

• Appointment Cancellation: Appointments must be     canceled at least 24 hours in advance to avoid cancellation fees.     Cancellations made after this period may result in charges.
• Payments: Payments for our services     are due immediately following the appointment unless otherwise agreed. You     may pay by credit card, bank transfer, or other accepted payment methods     listed on our website.
• Late Payments: In case of late payments,     we reserve the right to apply interest charges and seek legal remedies     under Swiss law.

We mayterminate or suspend Your access immediately, without prior notice orliability, for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to a breach ofthese Terms.
